Returns & Policy

If for any reason you do not want the rug you have purchased it can be returned (less shipping). All returns requested must be made within 7 days of receipt of the rug.

If you wish to cancel your order before despatch, full refund will be given.

Fine-Rug can make collection for UK Customers 

All rugs being returned must be securely packed and returned to same warehouse as despatched. Once a satisfactory inspection of the rug has been made you will receive a full refund (less shipping)
In the unlikely case that a rug is delivered faulty or has any damage we will provide an exchange or a full refund. It is important that you check the packaging is intact when receiving the goods. If you notice any damage in the packaging that could result in the rug being damaged please take a note of the courier’s delivery note number and sign “package damaged” on delivery note. We are unable to pursue any claims against a courier company if the goods are signed for and received “In good condition”.
